Laboratory animals must be euthanous while Trump cuts the research
On April 1, the efforts of the Trump administration to cut the government funding arrived in Morgantown, W.Va., where federal scientists spent their days studying health and safety threats to American workers. That morning, hundreds of employees of the National Institute for occupational Safety and Health were informed that they had been closed and that they would lose access to the building.The shoulders were more than 900 laboratory animals.
