Ukraine has declared to support a Trump administrative proposal for a ceased for 30 days with Russia after the talks in Saudi Arabia, since the United States agreed to immediately raise its break on the sharing of intelligence and military assistance to Ukraine.

What happened on Tuesday?
The Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Michael Waltz, the United States National Security Councilor, sat in the city of Jeddah with a delegation led by Andriy Yermak, head of the staff of the Ukrainian president, foreign minister Andrii Sybiha and Defense Minister Rustam Umerov.
After more than eight hours of interviews, the United States and Ukraine issued a joint declaration stating that Kiev would support the proposal of the Trump administration for a ceased to cease 30 days with Russia, without prejudice to the approval of Russia. The United States has pursued interviews separately with Russia and Ukraine. There has been no public indication that Russia would have accepted an unconditional fire. And President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia has reported that he will ask for concessions – such as excluding adhesion to NATO for Ukraine – before accepting any interruption of the war.
Russia was not present for the talks on Tuesday. Steve Witkoff, special correspondent for President Trump in the Middle East, plans to visit Russia in the next few days, according to two people who are familiar with the matter, who asked for anonymity to discuss internal plans.
Commercial strikes of Ukraine and Russia
Hours before the start of the talks, Russian officials said that Ukraine attacked Moscow with its largest bombardment of long -range drones.
The Russian Ministry of Defense declared that it had reduced at least 91 drones before dawn in the Moscow region, together with over 240 drones that aim for other parts of the country. At least three people were killed and 18 others were injured in the Moscow region, the Russian authorities said. The Ukraine army said she had targeted the Moscow oil refinery, together with an oil production station in the Oreg region. None of the statements could be verified independently.
Kiev has long claimed that the only way to force Russia to accept a lasting peace agreement is through strength and increasing the cost of the war for the Kremlin. Tuesday morning, the Ukraine aeronautics said that Russia had launched 126 drones and a ballistic missile at night. At least one person was killed when a Russian drone hit a warehouse in Kharkiv and at least 17 others were injured in attacks elsewhere in the country, the Ukrainian authorities said.
State of war
The Russian forces have long detained the initiative on the battlefield in Ukraine. In recent weeks, they have also managed to resume about two thirds of the territory that Ukraine seized last summer in the Kursk Russia region.
But Ukrainian forces have blocked the Russian offensive in the eastern region of Donetsk in recent months and have started to win back small ground stains, according to military analysts and Ukrainian soldiers. However, military analysts discussed whether, after more than 15 months on the offensive, the Russian brigades run out or are grouping for a renewed push.

Potential concessions
While the European allies have promised further support to Kiev, Ukraine is seen as some options to reverse Russia’s recent earnings on the battlefield.
During the flight to Jeddah, Rubio said that Ukraine should have made concessions on Earth that Russia had taken since 2014 as part of any agreement to end the war. But he also said it would be indispensable in future interviews with Moscow to determine what Russia was willing to grant.
“We don’t know how far they are really far,” he said, referring to Ukraine and Russia.
Before the talks of Tuesday, Ukraine had insisted on the fact that any ceased the fire included security guarantees, but on Tuesday there was no indication from the declaration issued that these guarantees would have been provided before any ceased the provisional fire would have had effect.
