Two people were killed and many other wounds when a man led a car in a lunch crowd in the southwestern German city of Mannheim on Monday, the authorities said.The driver is a 40 -year -old German citizen, the interior minister of the state of Baden Württemberg, Thomas Strobl told the DPA to the interior ministerThe police arrested the man, who was not publicly appointed, immediately after the event and said he believed he was the only person involved.
